Is my car worth it?

    I have a just bought a furio saxo 1.4 with 125.000 miles on it. And after having it for 2 months it needs a new clutch I paid £450 for it. Is it worth going and getting the clutch done at a garage? What's is the usual price for a new clutch? And labour?

    If the car is in good working order and rust isnt a major problem yes.

    At a garage it will be around £200 to have a clutch supplied and fitted

    As said if you can get it done for around £200, and the car is in a good overall condition, it will be worth getting it done for sure

    If the Body is fine and no rush like the others said then yes go for it. I got the same car on a x plate with 79000 i paid 550 i would defo get it done mate.

    Does it run well and do you want to keep the car. The cost of maintaining a rock bottom value car will always be higher than the basic vehicle. Realistically you are not going to get the same car for the price of the work and all vehicles you purchase second hand will require some work anyway.
