Bosch Type 2 Caliper rebuild kit

   Where can I get a kit of parts to build some Bosch Type 2 calipers?
   
   I'm thinking grease, slide pin bolts & seals, piston seals, pistons?
   
   Is there an online parts catalogue I can check like realoem for BMW's?
