Changing the handbrake cable on a VTR

    OK chaps, have ordered handbrake cables for my VTR (after one snapped) What's the procedure then? I understand I have to take off the heat shield to gain access to the underside of the handbrake, but as I don't have a Haynes manual I'm going to have to sort of play it by ear. How does the old handbrake come off? Fairly easy or is it hard? (if I see how it comes off, I'm sure fitting the new one is almost a reversal of the procedure)

    4 x 10mm for heat sheild 1x 13mm for the adjuster slacken right off. Un clip the cables and Knock the cables there holders and pull through and do in reverse
