Vtr misfiring

   Evening all
   I drove my car home last night and it started spluttering and losing power, with that the engine management light came on and flashing when the power was at its worse
   I replaced the fuel pump tonight as that had given up ? Car now runs but still misses and loses power!
   90 percent of the time you can flick the key off then back on and it runs perfect for 10 seconds or so...
   Any help would be great thanks !

   coilpack?
   Sparkplugs?
   
   most obvious listed if EML is on get a reader on it

   i would suggest get a reader on it for the fault code.. could be coil pack or air flow sensor and this is usually fine until your engine warms then splutters and you get the EML on
