Saxo diesel auxiliary serpentine belt

   Hi. Does anyone know how to tighten/loosen the auxiliary belt on a 2000 Saxo 1.5 diesel? On the adjuster it looks like there are two small hex-cap screws about 2 inches apart and a long vertical threaded hex bolt. Do I need to unlock either of the hex-cap screws or is it just a case of just turning the long vertical threaded hex bolt to tighten/loosen the belt? Many thanks in advance.

   Slacken the two allen keys, then wind the long bolt.
