car stutters like its going to stall

hello all, and thank you in advance for taking your time to read this.

today I drove my car roughly 2 miles and I couldn't get above 2k revs without the car stuttering and kinda popping from my exhaust every so quietly, it feels like it going to stall, I lose all power then suddenly it picks up again, I have ordered a new coil pack and plugs just on the basis of reading what it could be, does anyone have any suggestions or can help me to resolve my problem?

this happened to my old 1.1 106, i took the plugs out to check them and the electrode type thing on the end had actually come off, another plug had been spat out the thread somehow yet the thread was fine?! was an odd problem but new plugs sorted it so should be ok. there was also a ridiculously loud knocking noise coming from the plugs before i'd sorted it if you have that too?

I will check the plugs and see what there like! thanks for the heads up man.. I hope my new plugs and coil sort it! nothing but dishing out money in the past few months for this car ahah
