engine vibrating in 1st and 2nd gear..

   hi, all i have a saxo vtr 2003 and i have a some juddering or vibration from the engine/gearbox/driveshaft when i pull away and before i accelerate hard.. feels like a mount but i cant seem to see and issues with any of them..its slightly annoying but i can live with it.. anyone else have or have had any similar problems..

   On my old heap the top engine mount (the one with the orange or green cap) had gone. There's a bolt that runs through it that's made of cheese. They tend to snap. Worth a try as they're only cheap.

   Soggy lower mount can cause this too as it's what's stops the engine trying to rotate

   It will be mounts.
   
   unless its a knackered release bearing and its juddering as you let the clutch out. Without going in the car its hard to tell.

   i did originally think the bearing but its not when i release the clutch.. its after the clutch release and while while u power off just 1st and 2nd due to change the mounts so we'll see..
