VTS Conversion

Hi there have an ongoing ball-ache trying to get hold of the right loom.
Engine as far as i am aware is from a Mk1 VTS with single plug ECU, going into a MK2 Furio which was also a single plug ECU.

Dropped the engine in with it's loom with an unlocked ECU.
Problem came when joining the interior/main loom with the Engine loom.
The multiplugs which should plug into each other are mismatched.

Here are 2 engine looms i have just bought.

1)-> On the left you seen the multiplug from one engine loom, that connects to my interior loom, however this loom is for a 3plug ecu so won't do.
2)->On the right you see a different multiplug from another engine loom, that doesn't connect to my interior loom, but fits the engine & ECU perfectly.

So, ideally what someone out there has, is an interior loom that has a multi plug that looks like it would connect to the one on the right.
Or, an engine loom for a VTS with single plug ECU, that has a multiplug like the one on the left.

Any help, ideas, looms would be greatly appreciated i have ££££ waiting for the right one, but if there's some way around this please let me know.

    none of the above.

take the furio loom, pull back the tape/covering, make a note of the wire numbers going to each pin.

do the same on the vts loom, then cut the plugs off and fit the VTS loom to the Furio plug matching the numbers up.

Cheers, i tried splicing the looms last time round but a lot of the numbers had worn off making it very difficult to read and was hoping to not have to do that with the new looms.
But will take a closer look at that link and see how i get on.

Yea you usually find the numbers are not there on the older ones. Also the numbers are not always the same for the same wire there can be a few small differences.
