Break in attempt.

Annoyed. Only just noticed this morning that some fucker had broken into my car the other night.
(There was a whole spate of peoples cars being vandalised/broken into)

I mean there was zero items of value in my car (i'm not an egit radio face plate satnav all come to bed with me.)

But, theres a nice little hole behind the door lock.

Will it matter if I leave it open ( the car in the bay next to me has left her hole open before ((from a previous break in))
Can it just be a case of banging a screwdriver back in again through the hole and unlocking it?

Or should I just filler it, and hope it doesnt jam up the mechanism.

the hole must be there for a reason to help unlock it so to avoid it happening again id sort it out

i think filler might just fall through, id just find a replacement door

To save another thread in the future, is it easy swapping door locks over? as it is i've got 2 keys atm, one for the boot (differant lock) and one for central locking and ignition.
And guide you can link me to?
