Timing belt problems with picture

   Hi
   Ive done some fishing around and cant seem to find out why this is happening.
   
   Doing my cambelt but it wont line up on standard timing ?
   
   Any ideas where im going wrong

   As long as the pins still go in without force and the belt is tensioned correctly.
   
   You have pinned the crank and loosened the 6 10mm bolts right?
