Westcoast to vts no spark!

   I recently put a vts engine in my westcoast and i cant get a spark from the coil pack.
   I changed full engine with loom and ecu and ignition barrel
   any suggestions would be muchly appreciated !! Thanks

   It the imoiliser thats stopping the car from starting
   Did u change the black bit on ignition barrel ?
   Also did you change the imobiliser box under fuse box to match the ecu ?
   
   Was the ecu that cam with the engine a unlocked ecu ?

   Crank sensor plugged in properly,gearbox earths ok,ignore the above until you`ve the other 2 out.

   I changed the crank sensor with a good one all earths are good, the immobiliser is the original one but I will try one that matches ecu tomorrow! And I dont know if the ecu is unlocked? Thanks for the help guys al keep yous updated !! appreciate it

   The ecu will be locked until you match its orignal key chip immo and ecu
