Fans broke

   I had a claim on the insurance so they come out and inspected it and said my fan was broke, but when I'm stuck in traffic for some time it comes on and is really loud and then goes back off again, what's the cause of this.

   can be a realy/switch problem the one near the fan

   I checked that before I posted but it all seemed fine, so not sure what else it could be mate?

   sounds like the fan blades are hitting the outer casing.
   run it up and wait for it to cut in and see what its catching on.
