Coolant change

   Is there anyone near me (Edenbridge) who would be willing to help me do a full coolant change, I'd pay you of course :-)

   I'm thinking of giving it a try myself, I've read the great guide on here, but can anyone tell me the total fluid volume I'm going to need for a 1.4 SX?
   Seems to be anywhere between 4l and 7l
   Any help would greatly appreciated :-)
