none stop fan

   Hi guys after taking my dash apart last nite, I put the ignition on by mistake, and notice every few seconds the car made a weird pulse sound, then the fan came on for ages, the 2nd time the car was started after I finished, the fan didnt go off and this was without the engine started whe the ignition was on, so now ive disconnected the fan, al it completely drained the battery last nite and had 2 bump start the car. By the way the dash was out to check the heater matrix just waiting for tools though.
