I just loosened the bars and the dash is more freer. However its still stuck at the top near the windscreen, me and my brother cant see how tho, another question, does the heater unit (part with the filter in) have to be removed before the dash or later?

GREAT SUCCESS all bloody done. Yea you were rite joe there were three rite under neath soon as they wer done off she came, and tbh I rate that job very easy to complete . I cleaned the heater matrix out noticed it started off rusty then went clear as to water colour. The over all condition looked new. I really hope this cures the overheating problem. When I took the heater matrix off there was no water in there or maybe a drop or two. Im still weary that the water is not geting there, even though I bleed the rad nipple then thermostat, then the bleed valve by the heater matrix, once ive made sure all the air is out in order I do them up, the fans blow a lil hot air then go cold, not long after Ive pulled off say 4 mins the heater gauge goes to half way then over then the fan comes on, when I go back home to bleed the system again the 1st bleed nipple on the rad has tons of air by it and hisses for a while . Thats waht normally happens but I havent tried it since ive done the heater matrix, so any advice in advance guys ? ? ?
