OBD2?

   Hi people, just wondering if anyone could tell if this plug was OBD2 compliant from looking at the pins in this picture.. Car's a Saxo Vtr X-reg 2000
   
   From what i read its cars from 2001 onwards but some earlier models were OBD2 compatible, whats the best way to tell?
   
   I don't want to waste money on a scanner if its not the right one..
