If its a donar car that your not to fussed about:

Cut and drain the brake lines before the Bias valve,
    Remove/cut the handbrake cables,
Support the beam with a jack,
Undo the 4 bolt/nuts holding it to the car.

If you left the wheels on you just lower thr jack and it should roll out (aslong as the car is heigh enough.

    Not quite.

Exhaust would be in the way. lol.

    But aye, do the above.

Or just remove the exhaust, undo the 4 bolts, jack the car up, then look and see what's in the way and stopping it from coming out.

Once you are under the car anyway you will see what needs to be removed or chopped. Its easy.

Don't forget to disconnect the abs if it's got it. 2x blue plugs in center by fuel tank

Did mine at the weekend and it took the whole weekend to do but mine came with many problems along the way brake lines corroded callipers wouldn't come away nothing a blow torch couldn't sort out, but other problems some clown who owned it previously has never touched the brakes or rear axle only to lower it 60 mm and bend brake pipes all over the place, in my opinion 60 mm is too low!! Anyways it was a nightmare my new returned axle from imaxles is spot on and lowered 40 mm really smooth now
