Right I've asked about vtr swap and it's piss by the sounds of it, I have a 2001 1.1 desire 3plug ecu...
I know the vtr lump bolts straight in and will even run on a 1.1 ecu (like shit) but you get the picture it's piss easy, but I know once fully tuned I'm not going to be happy with the power and it's not going to be any good as a daily...
So I'm now interested in what's needed to swap a JP4 from a GTI/VTS into my saxo... As said iver got a 3plug ecu loom is this any use or is it just for 8v engines, would a vts engine loom plug into my interior loom as I can not be fu#ked to start splicing looms! just want a straight one out one in maybe change a few plugs about and make /strengthen the engine mounts and lovely jubbly....
