Washer return valve

    I have a 2002 Saxo VTR and noticed at the weekend that the washers seem to take an age to produce any water. It still passed the MOT though. Can anyone tell me if there is a non return valve anywhere, or is it a case of a new pump? I can buy one on Ebay from £6.
