   Ive had both spax and apex and found the apex much much better
   
   So theyd be my choice

   KamRacing, bloody good shocks the Apex for the money, got the Apex 50mm lowering kit on my Sax, 50mm front 45mm back, with the back stripped out it sits arse up, very stiff when you first get them, and will catch you out with lift off oversteer, as time progresses and they soften up a bit cant fault them, chuck them into anything and they will do you well! i need to get a Lower Strut brace next and then should be even better! mate of mine has a 106 GTi with GAZ adjustables on his, and he prefers the handing of mine over his!
