well after having gear selection problems, i changed my oil, with total bv oil, brought from ebay (it was the same oil before, but from a motorfactor) the old stuff looked fine.
not even 1.5k later and i'm having selection issues again. got under the car as i had recently hit the exhaust on a country road, kind of hoping to see a bent exhaust, selector had plenty of clearance from the exhaust and can see a slight weeping from the gearbox sensor area. got some more oil, and when pouring in through the breather hole, not much went in before this is the oil that came out of the level hole
looking like its taken in water, but where from? or just abit of condensation in the oil? car has been stood in the rain for a few days and then engine run for a couple of mins before this came out
