losing charge (Read)

    Hello im having a night mare somebody please shine some light as its a massive headache
    ive recently just dune a vts cammed conversion in my vtr everything okay with that but the main problem lies with changing the battery...

    ive had a new alternator (vts one) a new starter, cleaned all the earths yet I still have a battery light on and ive dune test with a multimeter and its pull 12.6v and slowly dropping :s
    could anybody help me please...

    also I have no speedo or rev counter all relevant plugs are attached

    ive tried everything I could think of...

    Its killed two fully charged good batteries

    take the battery back to the shop, get a new one

    Its not the batteries mate its losing charge but where to I dont no

    Is there something switched on somewhere draining it? You got any subs or amps or fitted anything that you may have not done through the ignition so is constantly on?

    No nothing fitted its when the cars running aswell the battery isnt charging I hadthe alternator tested this morning to see whether it was that, and it's fine even underload

    Its like my alternator isnt connected so the guy who tested my alternator said run a live straight to your battery fromyour alternator and so I did and still nothing

    Sorted the problem one of my pins on the engine loom was different to the interior loom changed than and it works spot on

    it might be wired in backwards (something to do with an earth) i done this on a vehicle at work until i realised what i done lol.
    Check the terminals and make sure you havent bent/snapped a pin.

    Icouple of pins was in wrong holes and one was bent aswell but sorted now thankyou
