My windscreen washer pump doesn't make any noise and doesn't spray water onto windscreen, any ideas if it is the pump or fuses to check etc? cheers

#2If the wipers work the the fuse is ok.
Try topping the washers up first. For some reason on both my Saxos. When there was no fluid the pump would stop working. But top them up and it's be fine.
If not then the pump has had it. -
#3Thanks for the quick reply
, yeah its full so i guess its too the scrappy haha, do you know where the pump is? under the scuttle panel or whatever its called?

#4It behind the drivers plastic inner arch.
Remove the drivers wheel.
Then remove the plastic arch.
If you look towards where the headlight would be with your head under the wing.
And you'll see the bottle and the pump.
Remove the pump. (Bare in mind the fluid will come gushing out )
Remove the plastic pipes and electric plug.
Refitment. Is the opposite of the removal.
Oh just remember which side each pipe
Came from. As one if for front washers
And one is for the rear.1 user thanked this post: -
#5I might be wrong here, but Im 99% sure its just under the drivers side front arch lining. Looks sort of like an inhaler, and is really easy to replace.
Too late. I was right though!
