Tow strap?

   What's everyone's opinion on having a tow strap on the front of a 1.1 saxo??

   They come with a towing hook under the rear bench. Easy to get to if you break down or have to be towed, easy to fit and also quite strong. Alot of boy racers fit tow straps to the front of their cars as some sort of fashion accessory haha

   They're recommend them for racing so if you will be racing, yes. Otherwise it's pointless. Better putting your money away for your next car.

   It's fine on the track as it serves a purpose but also is a requirement afaik, nothing wrong. On regular roads it might be as useful as the mc donalds suicidal smurf that's inevitably hanging at the back. Drivers with such fashion sense seem to wear caps, lean the seat back 45 degrees, so the vision line is just above the steering wheel, and drive with the fogs on.

    On a road car might as well just loop a cable tie on there for what use it will be lol.
