    Hi all.

Went out for a drive today parked up,went I started the car the temperature gauge after 5 Mins of driving went almost to the top & the heaters blew out cold air.switched everything off called out the Rac they found the rad to be almost out of coolant so refilled & bled the coolant no air bubbles came out.SO he pressure tested the system no leaks at all.he did mention that the rad cap was not fitting very well surely that would not account for the problem?

    any ideas thanks?

Could well be the issue yeah, more than likely it's boiled over and spilled out if the cap can't hold pressure. However id kept your eye on fluid levels now religiously
