quick tyres question

   couldnt find when i did a search does anyone know if a 195/40/17 will fit a 7j rim and it is a real tyre size

   telling you now mate that wont fit. im a tyre and exhaust fitter u need a 6j rim for a 195 profile. you need a 205 40x17 on mate.

   yup they'll fit, guy on here had them on his 7x17's, silver vtr, Darren i think his name was

   obviously they're less likely to rub as the tyre width is less but they will and do fit. not sure what the other guy ^^^^^ is talking about, don't think you can get a 17" wheel with a 6j width to be honest.
