Wheels locking up

    The rear of my Saxo is lowered 50mm and the back of it locks up rather easily, its a 51 plate Phase 2 VTR? The front of the car is still standard height as I still havent got lowering springs yet but I heard if the front is higher that can make a difference?
    The back is stripped out btw

    you need to adjust the brake bias valve under the rear nearside arch

    And make sure it's not seized.
