Water in rear footwell help?

   Hi guys ive noticed the floor behind the passenger seat is really wet so had a look underneath and saw 2 thing that it might be i think its a gromet but not sure. My car is a vtr 2001 if that makes a difference. Second pic is the most likely but how do i fix this?

   any signs of rust or bubbling or rust on the inside at all? Also check the rear window if it's closed properly, including the seal.

   As above,I believe those two bung type things under the car are for drainage.

   Will double check the rear windows as didnt think of that and no, no rust at all near the area that I can see is baffling me really. Thanks for the tips will check tomorrow when its daylight and let you know. Thanks
