Decat for 106 GTi

    Hi, picking up my 106 Thursday and it has a magnex backbox on it already, but still has the cat and centre silencer, If I got a centre section from a 1.1 that has the cat in the manifold, would that so the job? I have a saxsport ATM but don't think that will fit!

    Think anything below a 16v has a smaller bore so while it would bolt up it'd throttle the engine power wise.

    You should be able to pick up a Magnex decat pipe to replace the cat or a full used 106 system pretty cheap though.
