Vts loom question

  1. #1
Hey I have a 2001 saxo vtr and I've just bought a 2002 vts purely for the engine so I can out it in my vtr. I've started stripping the front of the vts and there is no loom connector under the headlight??? I thought all Saxos had this. Does this mean I have to swap the whole wiring loom??

    Anyone

Really don't want to swap the whole loom over

If your going to put the S engine in you R you'll need to put the S loom in as well. Interior loom will be fine.

Yes but on the vts there isn't a large plug under the headlight to separate the looms like I thought all Saxos had

Yeah there is. The engine loom is always separate.

This is exactly what I thought as it's clear as day on my vtr but cannot see it on the vts, thought I was being retarded so got a friend to look and he can't see it either

Thought I'd pop up a picture to show that I know what I'm looking for as I feel like I'm being retarded

Yeah that should be there, possible someone's chopped it and soldered it together.

I'm sure there is, just do a search and you'll have to go through them see what comes up.

plugs aren't under the headlamp, they're behind it.
