Did i buy the right pipes

   I want to decat, and fit a new unsilenced centre section to my mk2 saxo furio 2000
   
   Under the car:
   
   
   centre pipe (sportex):
   
   
   Decat pipe (sportex):
   
   
   I want to know if these are gunna fit my car, and also im starting to think that i didnt need to buy the decat pipe? The race tube looks as though it might connect from the downpipe to the backbox thus eliminating the cat?? Not sure need help!

   Forgot to mention both of these pipes were for 02/1996 - 09/2000 1.4i/1.6i/VTR hatchback

   The cat in under the car so just buy race tube and that will eliminate it

   i would probably look at supersprint straight through tubes though, look on the kam racing website

   The picture of the centre pipe you have put up is a cat back so would need the decat pipe to go from the manifold to the back box.

   The race tube you've bought goes straight from the bottom of the manifold/down pipe you've got, I had that but changed it to the two parts, eg. Down pipe then De-cat pipe then race tube so I can pop the De-cat pipe out and put the cat back for mot reasons!

   And spanky i thought the decat pipe replaces the cat and fits from the down pipe to the race pipe that i just brought

   To me it looks like you have BOUGHT the right pipes, itll go, manifold, decat pipe, centre pipe, back box...all looks straight forward and correct to me

    Ok thanks just confusing half think the race tube goes straight from manifold to backbox therefore decats at the same time, then the other half think that the race tube goes straight from backbox to cat, and i need a decat pipe aswell to decat, thats what i thought originally but im not sure!

    You have done right buying both, that first pipe doesn't go all the way to the down pipe so you have done right buying the decat pipe.
