Dials not working

   I had a problem with my fuel gauge and changed the sender unit but still didn't fix it. So a garage recomended I changed the dials. I have a 1.1 desire so I orderd a VTR dials and put them into today. All good untill I turn the engine on and the rev conter don't work or the temp gauge or the fuel gauge

   Have you taken back out and checked all cables etc?

   Checked all conections and there fine. My old dials work just not the new ones
