Refurb axle

   Anyone done axle refurb there self on here before and how hard is it ?

   Im in the process now mate. Not too hard to do but the torsion bars are a pig to remove. Ive finally found someone to supply inner stub pins for a decent price. Then its going to be a case of finding someone with a big press willing to fit them.

   I work in a garage bud but ano not many garages like doing them so was just wondering y this was if it was difficult or not

   Yeah I guess they dont like having to get the bars out. Fitting the bearings and seals isnt the hard bit its getting the arms off if you ask me. Also then you need to make sure those stub pins arent marked at all. If they are you'll need to replace them or the new bearings will fail quickly
