how to press out inner stub pins

   As titled, where can I get inner stub pins removed and new ones pressed in in the west mids or wales? Ill be supplying the stub pins.

   I did mine with a lump hammer and a block of wood when I kurbed and bent it in the snow! Back in my younger years

   Im talking about the inner stub pins mate. The ones the arms pivot on.
   
   took the beam to a guy with a large press today but we couldnt decide whats the best method of pressing them out. Could someone describe or tell me what sort of tooling can be used along with large press to remove the pins please? Cheers!

   ooo sorry haha Imaxles can do this stuff i belive ? or see if you can borrow a rent a acetylene torch heat the area up and what it out
