Dials problem

   Can only put pictures up.. Will show them in order.
   
   Then if I push then back to orgianal place they work untill I turn off engine
   
   That's when I have put then back to zero by hand then when I turn engine off they go back down to the bottem like in the first picture

   Pull the needles off then turn them a few notches and put them back on?

   I've tried just pushing the needles back to zero but they just go back down when I turn the engine off

   No pull the needles of so there are no needles on the dials at all. Pull them off using the black bit in the middle, rotate them a bit so you think they're where they should be then put them back on
