Hi guys what is this pipe called and what's it for? For some reason mine has some orange vent thingy on it :/

It might be the oil breather with you having that bad ass filter.

It may be the brake servo pipe. If this is indeed what you are referring to. It will go from servo to inlet manifold , the valve will be a non return valve.

Ford ka with the 60bhp Endura, I have a ka with the 75bhp Duratec, it's rapid loool! anyway it could be a breather yes but I can't actually see any orange venty thing in the pic sooo can't say for sure!

I can't fault the endura e, mate had one in a fiesta it only had about 3 oil changes in 100k and used to just go on and on forever even when the oil light came on when he breaked from lack of oil pressure as he didn't bother topping it up.

Looks like the vacuum pipe
which should be connected to the servo.
It supplys vaccum to the servo which allows efficient brake operation without a lot of effort.
If you have no vacuum the force required is tenfold.
It has a non return valve which is normally at the servo but can be inline.
