Help!!!

   Can anyone rite me a check list to go threw i recently changed fuel pump
   With new as the old one gave up but now wont start ive tried primen it a good few times nothing tried red button nothing tried leaving battery disconected still nothing i looked out as much earth points in the engine bay as i could gave them a clean ive just ordered new spark plugs wot else could i try n hopefuly buy as my bank balance is running low lol

   how is it not starting?
   
   Is it cranking and not firing?
   
   Is it not even cranking?
   
   Do any electrics work?

   Dnt no why its not starting its wantning to go but everytime a think it goin to start i get a couple a turn of the engine a leave the key go and it just stops then i get nothing a tryn it again a couple of times then itll do the exact same keeps doin that the electric's seem to b fine

   I think you need to describe it a bit better, as from what you've said I have no idea what's happening.
   
   Does the engine turn?
   Does it fire at all?
   When it cuts out, do any of the electrics work?

   When a hav the key fully turned ur usual snds happin but doesnt fire up but after ontha couple a goes at it a get a couple a rumbles like it about to start a leave the key go and nothing doesnt turn over and yes my cd player always come on when a turn the key sorry if this still doesnt help am findin it a liitle hard to explain am no really that good with cars just no basics and am totaly lost with this
