   How does a ecu lock itself how do u no if it has locked itself how do u unlock it cheap as possible

   It can lock itself if you have keypad and enter the wrong code,that's just one way unlocking can be done two ways either by running the engine and unplugging the immobiliser or keypad box.or by having it done by a member called cam on here.

   If it is locked:
   
   engine turns over, fuel pump primes.
   
   Injectors do NOT inject any fuel, and there is no pulse at the coil pack, so no spark.
