   Should the pipe have a seal around it what goes into airbox.

   Got it off now the pipe just hangs in the hole.

   Should have a rubber seal mate.

   Yea ive sealed the hole up cut that pipe back. Just took it for a drive and no more deep noise. Sorted cheers.

   I had a look in the shed and found an old paint tub and cut a circle out of the lid after cleaning it, then stuck it with silicone. Anything that was plastic and flat would of done really. Think im gonna drill the box though its too quiete now. does anyone know what that box actually does??.

   so if it was just a straight pipe going to the airfilter box it would be louder then?.
