Saxo vts gearbox grinding and juddering

   I have just put a vts lump in my r!
   
   And when driving along there is a massive like grinding noise and in low down revs it judders really badly
   
   It changes gear so good tho.
   
   Is this definally the gearbox or is something to do with the clutch?
   
   Any help would be great!!!
