#2battery dead?
-
#3Do you have a multimeter? If not buy one its the best £10 you will spend.
Watch a 5 minute video on youtube of how to use it and then you will be able to find the fault yourself. -
#4No battery's not dead and ok mate I'll have a look
-
#5Did you press by accident the red button in the bonnet? Otherwise i would think of the fuel pump?
-
#6It ain't got the red button cos it's got a standalone kms ecu
-
#7could it be earth problem? You should check the wire from the negativ pol, to the connection on the gearbox/engine. If you hold the Black wire from the multimeter to the engine, and hook the red one up to the positive side of the batteri, you should have the same voltage (give or take a small diffrence), as the batteri itself
-
#8Does it jump start?
-
#9Yeah it jump starts by pushing it not with jump leads
-
#10there should be 2 earth connections to the body, and one to the gearbox, remove bolts going through them and clean the connections up and check the terminals on the battery are very good. had a clio in at work and when the pos terminal was held down tight it would start. sounded just like a starter motor fault!

#11one guy at work had same problem a long time ago, and he changed some starters, ended up removing engine earth connection. Which was not really a connection anymore, just the rest of a half rust eaten bolt... =)
