So as a start, can anyone lead me to a website which explains a concept of an MPI engine similar to the MPI version of the TU1 engine ?
Second, i need to know more about the roller rockers instead of the simplistic metal sliding in the older TU1 engines; it makes more noise they said, but other then that; what else is it that positive about these roller rockers except of the 'less friction' design ?
Also, a website for learning more about it would be appreciated :O .-.
emmm, just a 'like that question'; can you switch to a roller rockers system ?
The MPI doesn't have anything in relation with the roller rockers system? cause; as i understood, MPI uses a fuel injector for each cylinder meanwhile controlled by the ECU ? which means, the ECU can even open all the fuel injectors at the same time and regulate each one as the engine need?
btw, ECU and ECM are just different abreviations right?
ECU - Electronic central unit
ECM - Eclectronic central Module
yah right.
so, MPI means more electronics, more sensors added < are these added or existed in the SPI engine ? - Oxygen sensor, TPS i guess this one already exists in the SPI engine as it sends informations about the Throttle Valve Position, MAPS, MAS > , more pipes? , more complexity but more power and more reflex and less noise
after all, am startin' to like this MPI thingy n i might go for another 99 Saxo with MPI :O
correct me if am wrong.
