I don't have a lot of mechanical knowledge but I'm just wondering what tools do I need to change over centre section and back box on a saxo? And if possible how to do it? Thanks

#2There is a thread already but you basically need spanners/ sockets and you undo your original one from the manifold and unhook the exhaust from the rubber mounts and bolt the new one on and putty and clamp or wield the back box on and hang it all back up, job done

#3Thanks Jamie! Will try doing it tonight or something! No lift so on the ground.. Fun haha

#4Just jack up one side of the car, gives you more room then
-
#5Yeah jack one side up and you'll have plenty of room. Won't take you too long.
Keep car in the air then start and check for leaks, try get someone to cover exhaust pipe when car is running, will make it easier to spot any possible leaks -
#6Yeah forgot that, just check there isn't any leaks

#7Thanks guys! Can I use the original rubber clamps, and do I have to weld?
-
#8Yes you can use the original mounts and no you don't have to just use a clamp and exhaust putty
-
#9Ok thanks
