Bumper problems!

   Sanded my bumpers down to try make them smooth because they were looking tacky as the guy who i bought my car off must of resprayed them and did a crap job! then put back to black on, once sanded and the dull colour comes back.
   
   Seen some nice smooth looking bumpers on here still looking black, any help/advise best thing to do? nothing over priced

   Some people recommend using a heat gun or hair dryer which will bring them back to black eventually.
   
   Alternatively you could use tyre gel or various bumper/plastic restorer products.

   Autoglym bumper and tyre gel always works a treat for me
