After hitting a pothole on Friday my saxo vts won't start. It fires up but then cuts out straight away. My mate came round and run a diagnostics on it and got the following 2 codes. P0351 ignition coil a primary secondary circuit and P0201 injector 1 circuit malfunction. I've checked all the connections, removed and refitted coil pack and still the same. Does anyone know if these 2 faults could be linked, I found out through Google that some engines will cut off an injector if there is an ignition fault, would the saxo of done this maybe? Am tempted to go buy a new coil pack but thought id try get some opinions on here first as I haven't really got a clue what Im talking about

#2Have you tried press fuel cut off switch(red button on the passenger side of the engine bay)

#3Yeah, that had tripped when I hit pothole and car wouldn't fire up at all. Pressed that and now it fires up then cuts out straight away. Even tried by passing the switch to check it wasn't faulty

#4you might have some damage. In my mums car she split a battery terminal, and I broke an air pipe in mine. I'm guessing something broke, and I would suggest you submit a form for getting your money back from your council.
You might have a broken fuel pump. -
#5I unplugged everything and plugged it all in again and starts now. Sounds now like starter motor is staying on for a moment after i let go of key. Something else to look at
