Help on saxo vts track rod

  1. #1
Me and my 02 saxo vts came into bad terms where the back end twitched on a roundabout... Te result in this was the track rod arms bent... Could someone help please tell me how to remove the whole arm? This does look to be the only problem that me and my friend can tell... Just haven't got a clue on how to remove... I have tried searching...

Its gonna be a bit of a ball ache mate, because access its a bit tricky. The arms run to the middle-rear of the engine bay, right behind the inlet manifold, haynes manual states you can get it off without removing that much on the car, (i'd like to see it done). Plus you'll need to crack the nuts off and spin the arm out the steering rack, sometimes these are a pain to get out, heat helps a lot.

Can you actually see the arm is bent? What symptoms do you have in regards to believing there is something wrong with the car?
