   Hi guys I've been looking ad can't find a guide on how to remove the track rod arms, can someone help menplease

   the arm, as both mine are bent badly...

   Sorted it, found out after hitting a curb at 40 all I managed to fuck up was the ends.... Both bent badly replaced and all sorted. Just need to now sort back axle out as it's slightly bent back and where I've now put. 16inch on it kind of rubs so need to see if I can solve it or have to buy a rear axle... :/

   check your wishbones aren't bent either
