Headlight problems

   hi, okay so my headlight bulbs are fine and the fuses are fine but the passenger side dipped beam dont work but driver side does and when i switch to high beam the passenger side works but not the driver side, HELP!!!!

   Swapped the bulbs over? Check fuses? Connections clean?
