#2Checked your temperature sensor?
-
#3i took the temp sensor of a working 206 1.6 8v didnt wanna spend 30 on a sensor if it wasnt the problem
-
#4You tested with the 206 sensor? It works?
-
#5nope no change its still the same
-
#6Does your thermostat open well?
-
#7the thermostat is brand neww

#8It's strange... when your car is cold, the cooling fan is on too? Or only when the car become warm?
-
#9Yeah my fan is on 100% of the time to! As soon as the engine is turned on it kicks in! Even just turning the ignition on and off, that makes the fan kick in because something some where is telling the ecu that the engine is hot so turns the fan on.
Ive replaced the sensor about 4 times with brand new ones and ones from saxos in scrap yards. Still the same. -
#10well im just gonna bypass it all fit a watertemp gauge fan switch on the dash.

#11There is also a sensor on the block (green if I remember well). Do you try to change it?
