New clutch problem

   I had a new clutch fitted 4 months ago and it was all very nice and smooth until last week. It has started to judder in 1st gear meaning I have to rev it a bit to get it rolling, not good for traffic lights, slow moving traffic etc! I've probably done 3,000 miles since the new clutch was fitted.
   Any help would be much appreciated.

   Cable need adjusting maybe?

   okay sounds like that could be it. Would a garage need to do it or is it fairly simple?
